About Core Pilates
Core Pilates Studio was opened in Singleton, NSW in the gorgeous Hunter Valley to provide a friendly facility for people of all ages and abilities to exercise in a welcoming, supportive and non-judgemental space.
Pilates focuses on Strength, Flexibility & Balance. Benefits of Pilates include, but are not limited to: body awareness, core endurance, pelvic floor strength, coordination, improved posture, mobility of the spine & joints, reduce aches & pain, injury prevention, stability, improved quality of life.
Our studio offers 2 types of classes: Semi-Private & Group Reformer, both using the fundamentals of Pilates.

I was introduced to core pilates studio through a friend and after my first class fell in love with pilates. The studio is a great space, the teachers are amazing, supportive and knowledgeable and there are so many classes available.
I trained pre-pregnancy, during my pregnancy and have returned after having bub. Each class is different and challenging and I love that I can bring my baby and feel welcome. I have recommended core pilates to other friends who are now also attending. Thank you for providing such a great studio in this area.
Even though I haven’t been able to get to as many classes as I’d like since having Ella I love the friendly, inclusive vibe when you walk in to the Core studio.
Pilates is a great, low impact workout but you can feel the burn. I like how most moves are adjustable in difficulty depending on your ability.
Starting Semi-Private Pilates with Tash was a great way to get back into exercise and regain strength after shoulder and knee surgery. We were able to work to my specific needs and at a pace that was appropriate. I gained so much strength back that I was able to start the group classes which I really enjoy 3 times a week. Every class is different yet works the whole body. You always have the option to make it harder or easier depending on your level, from beginner to advanced. So wonderful to have this Pilates studio available to us in Singleton.
Joining Core Pilates has been one of my best decisions. I am amazed at the difference to my body. Prior to joining I required monthly remedial massage for back pain. I haven’t required a massage since joining. It’s a great studio, has a friendly welcoming environment and a great team.
